Бельгия – не самое популярное туристическое направление, но, определенно, одно из самых красивых, где Средневековье прочно переплетено с современностью.

Если вы восхищаетесь архитектурой и историческими памятниками, то вас ждут королевские дворцы, соборы и каналы Бельгии. Каждый город этой страны вы сможете обойти за день, но, в каждом из этих городов есть то, что вас поразит и восхитит.

Чтобы осуществить путешествие в Бельгию у вас в наличии должна быть виза в эту страну.

Какие документы потребуются для оформления визы в Бельгию?

  •  Заграничный паспорт (оригинал + копия)
  • паспорт, действительный не меньше, чем 3 месяца после того, как вы вернетесь из Бельгии
  • в паспорте необходимо наличие пустой страницы под бельгийскую визу
  • Прошлый загранпаспорт, при наличии (копия)

Необходим, если ранее вы уже получали шенген.

  • Паспорт РФ (копия всех страниц с отметками)

 

  • Два фото:
  • 3,5 х4,5 см
  • в цвете, на светлом фоне
  • фото сделаны не более 3х месяцев назад (раньше не были использованы в документах)
  • На фото не должно быть овалов и углов
  • Размер лица не должен превышать 80 % площади фотографии

 

  • Документ с работы

Здесь требуется наличие справки с места работы, которая должна быть оформлена на фирменном бланке + справка в формате 2 НДФЛ

  • Детальный план поездки на иностранном языке
  • Выписка из банка

За последние 3 месяца. На счету должна быть сумма, которая соответствует следующему расчету: 100 евро на 1 день нахождения в Бельгии

  • Свидетельство владения собственностью (квартира/машина), свидетельство о заключении брака/рождении ребенка, или другие документальные доказательства, которые показывают ваши намерения вернуться в Россию.
  • Подробно расписанный маршрут на английском языке;
  • Медицинское страхование (полис с указанный территорией «шенген» на 30/50 евро);
  • Заполненный опросник на оформление визы в Бельгию

Дополнительные документы, которые запросят в консульстве, если:

  • Вы оформляете гостевую визу
  • Приглашение (обязательно отметить, в каких отношениях вы находитесь и указать цель поездки);
  • Если вы едете к близким родственникам, то вам необходимо предоставить документ, подтверждающий наличие родственных связей; если вы едете к друзьям – предоставьте подтверждение ваших отношений – фото, переписку по электронке;
  • Если приглашающий вас человек спонсирует поездку, то необходимо предоставить документ, подтверждающий его платежеспособность: справка с работы, выписка из банка; документ, подтверждающий то, что он берет вас на содержание (по форме 3 bis) – этот документ должен быть заверен бельгийским гос.органом (необходим оригинал и копия документа)
  • У вас деловая виза:
  • Официальное приглашение от компании (на специальном бланке с подписью и печатью);
  • Дополнительные данные в справке от вашей рабочей организации или сопроводительное письмо, если вы едите в командировку.
  • В Бельгию едет ребенок или учащийся:

 

  • Свидетельство о рождении;
  • Документ из образовательного учреждения (школа, университет);
  • Письмо от родителей с подтверждением расходных обязательств по поездке
  • Копия паспортов РФ
  • Справка с официального рабочего места родителя и выписка из банка
  • Согласие родителей на поездку ребенка, заверенное нотариусом. Если едет один из родителей, то необходимо согласие второго. Если с ребенком едет сопровождающий, то требуется согласие обоих родителей. Требуется оригинал документа.

 

  • У вас есть ИП
  • Копия свидетельства ОГРНИП
  • Копия документа подтверждающая то, что вы стоите на учете в налоговой (ИНН)

 

  • В Бельгию едет безработный или пенсионер

 

  • Пенсионерам необходимо предоставить пенсионное удостоверение
  • Требуется выписка из банка о необходимом наличии финансовых средств
  • Если поездку оплачивает сторонний человек, необходимо спонсорское письмо и выписка с его банковского счета

Мы не сможем сделать визу в Бельгию туристам, имеющим «незакрытые» визовые отказы. А так жетуристам  проживающим в следующих регионах: Чеченской, Дагестанской, Северо- и Южно-Осетинской, или же родившимся в государствах Средней Азии и Кавказа и имеющим загранпаспорта без шенгенских виз.
