  • Свидетельство о рождении (копия);
  • Документ из образовательного учреждения (школа, университет) – справка действует 14 дней на момент передачи документов в консульство;
  • Письмо от родителей с подтверждением расходных обязательств по поездке
  • Справка с официального рабочего места родителя и выписка из банка
  • Согласие родителей на поездку ребенка, заверенное нотариусом. Если едет один из родителей, то необходимо согласие второго. Если с ребенком едет сопровождающий, то требуется согласие обоих родителей (оригинал документа).
  • Паспорта РФ родителей (копия первой страницы + прописки)
  • Вы оформляете деловую визу:
  • Документ, подтверждающий приглашение (оригинал + копия)

В документе должны быть указаны цели визита, даты и то, чем вы будете заниматься. Кроме того, необходимо прописать кто отвечает за ваши расходы (если приглашающая компания, то это должно быть обязательно указано в приглашении). Срок действия документа – до 6 месяцев.

  • Документ, подтверждающий личность приглашающей стороны (копия)
  • Документ, подтверждающий наличие организации в торговом реестре Германии (выписка с названием организации). Срок действия выписки – не более 6 месяцев.
  • Вы оформляете национальную визу (типа D)
  • 3 фото (размер — 3,5 х4,5 см);
  • 2 копии загранпаспорта;
  • 2 копии паспорта РФ (если у вас другое гражданство, то требуется указать вид на жительство)
  • Вы являетесь предпринимателем
  • Свидетельство ОГРНИП (копия)
  • Документ подтверждающий то, что вы стоите на учете в налоговой (копия ИНН)
  • Вы имеете недвижимость в Германии
  • Документ, который подтвердит, что данная недвижимость находится у вас в собственности. Это может быть договор купли-продажи (копия) или выписка из реестра. Документ не должен быть сделан более, чем за 6 месяцев на время подачи в консульство
  • В Германию едет безработный или пенсионер
  • Пенсионерам необходимо предоставить пенсионное удостоверение;
  • Требуется выписка из банка о необходимом наличии финансовых средств
  • В случае, поездку оплачивает сторонний человек, то необходимо предоставить выписку с его банковского счета
